systems. Our service technicians are trained leaders in the service industry and in most
cases are able to offer same day services.

We offer to our oil customers a complete warranty in the form of a
maintenance agreement. To our automatic fill customers we offer a maintenance plan that
provides for a tune-up service call at no charge. During this service call we check all
safety controls, adjust and clean the furnace, replace the filters, lube the moving parts
and measure the efficiency of the furnace or boiler. During the rest of the year if you
do experience any trouble with your furnace we will service it and replace the parts at no
cost as described in the agreement. Copies of the maintenance agreement are available at
our office.
To our gas customers we have a maintenance agreement that includes a
tune-up of the furnace as scheduled. Our service technicians check safety controls, change
filters, lube, adjust, repair and replace necessary covered parts. We also measure the efficiency
of the furnace or boiler, as described in the service maintenance agreement. During the
remainder of the year our customers receive discounted prices on parts and service, as
well as priority service. Ask at the office for copies of this agreement.
We also stock many items and parts for furnaces, air cleaners, boilers,
thermostats etc… If the part you need is not in stock, we can
order it for you.
We sell, service and install many name brands of products and
equipment. Equipment such as Honeywell, Thermo Pride, Heil, Carrier, Payne, Lennox,
Empire, Williams, Cozy, to name a few.
